1、 Morphological characteristics
1. Leaves: the length of leaves can reach 12 cm and the width can reach 7 cm. Smaller ones are also 5cm long and 2.5cm wide. Oval or obovate, with sharp double serrations on the edge. The front is dark green, the back is light green and fluffy.
2. Flowers: usually bloom in April. There are 3-4 flowers on each pedicel, the flower diameter is no more than 3.5 cm, the petals are white or pink, and the shape is oval. The bracts are brown, spoon shaped and oblong in shape, and the sepals are triangular and long oval in shape.
3. Fruit: the fruit period is in May. The shape is nearly spherical, the color is black, the diameter is no more than 1 cm, and there are Leng lines on the surface.
2、 Maintenance mode
1. Temperature: cherry blossoms are suitable for growing in warm and humid climate, and the temperature should be controlled at 18-25 ℃.
2. Watering: cherry blossoms are not drought resistant, so watering should be timely, but not too much. Generally, it is poured 3-4 times a month, and each time it is poured thoroughly, but there shall be no ponding.
3. Fertilization: cherry blossoms can be fertilized twice a year. At the end of winter and the beginning of spring, the rotten organic fertilizer shall be selected and watered after being fully diluted. Another time, after flowering, we should supplement some quick effect fertilizers such as ammonium sulfate and calcium superphosphate.
