3. Look at the humidity: medlar with good quality will be very loose, and it is not easy to stick together. If they stick together, it means they are not dried out or they have begun to return to moisture. In this way, they will be damaged in a short time.

4. Smell: many of the products sold on the market are smoked out by sulfur, and the smell will be left after smoking. When you buy, you can pick up a handful to smell. You should choose one that has no pungent taste. If it is not smoked seriously or has not been smoked, the quality will be better.

Don't choose too big or too small when buying. The uniform size and quality are the best. Because most of the medlar sold on the market are artificially cultivated, and few are wild. As long as the size is uniform, it means that it has been carefully selected, so the quality is very good.
