1、 How to dry
1. Ordinary drying: first put the fresh medlar in the pot and steam it for about 5 minutes, then put it in a well ventilated place and let it dry slowly in the shade. Be careful not to dry it in the light. When it is about to dry, move it to strong light for exposure for two or three days. After drying, package it as soon as possible. Pay attention to seal it well to avoid moisture regain.
2. Drying: the drying method is to prepare the baking room. Mix the picked medlar with alkaline water, put it in a tray, and then move it to the support of the baking room. Pay attention to moving the main layer by layer and slowly increase the temperature. When it is completely dried and the fashion bag, do not bake it for too long, otherwise it is easy to scorch it. This method is mostly carried out when the light is less and the humidity is high. It is more recommended to use the ordinary air drying method at ordinary times.
2、 How to save
1. Refrigeration method: put the sealed medlar in the refrigerator or other refrigeration equipment at a temperature of about 0-4 degrees, so that it can be stored for a longer time and will not be affected with moisture.
2. Vacuum preservation in plastic bags: this method is also very common. Put a sack containing quicklime in the plastic bag, then put the treated medlar in, bake and seal the mouth of the plastic bag, extract air and put it in a cool place. Be careful not to put too much lime in it.
3. Preservation of mineral water bottles: prepare several empty mineral water bottles, wash and dry them, pour the medlar in and tighten the bottle cap. Pay attention to tighten the bottle cap after taking it every time. In this way, the preservation time is also very long and it is not easy to get damp.
