Method 1: choose a fresh mango and wash it. Use a fruit knife to cut a circle along the middle of the mango, then hold both ends of the mango with both hands and twist until one of them peels off. At this time, cut the mango core with a fruit knife, pin it, and peel out the other section of mango meat.
Method 2: take a clean mango and stand it up with the end with the fruit stalk facing up. Use a fruit knife to cut each side of the fruit pedicle into three pieces. Peel the piece with the core in the middle and cut off the surrounding pulp with a knife. Then use a fruit knife to draw a "well" shape or grid shape on the flesh of the other two pieces. Hold both sides of the flesh with both hands and lift the middle part with your fingers. The flesh will bloom and can be eaten directly or peeled off.
Method 3: use a clean toothpick to draw a circle along the mango, and then use a fruit knife to gently draw down the scratch of the toothpick, and the mango skin can be easily peeled off.
Method 4: hold the mango in the palm of your hand and roll it properly on the surface of the mango with a chopstick for several circles, which is easy to separate the pulp and peel, so that the mango peel can be easily peeled off.
2. Practice of mango juice
Prepare three full fresh mangoes, wash them, cut them in half, and take out the pulp with the above method. Then put the pulp into the juicer and pour in an appropriate amount of drinking water and honey. If the weather is hot, you can use the chilled drinking water in the refrigerator. Then start the juicer to squeeze the mango into juice. After squeezing, pour it into the cup. Add sugar or milk according to your taste.
