1、 Look at the color
When choosing, you can see the color, generally dark red, light green or waxy yellow. If it is not mature, it will be green. When choosing, choose dark red. If it's too green, it means it's not cooked well. It will taste astringent. It's not recommended to bury it. I don't recommend it. To choose green with yellow, the edges are light green, so the taste is better.
2、 Look at the shape
It has edges and corners, most of which have five edges. From the bottom, it will show a pentagonal shape. If its appearance is complete, the size of each edge is similar, and there is no strange shape. When choosing, you should choose the one that is more correct as a whole, so the quality is better.
3、 Look at the peel
When picking, you can look at the peel. You should choose one with smooth peel and no scars. The peel usually has a layer of fruit wax, which will reflect light in the light. High gloss indicates that it is fresh. This method is also applicable to other fruits.
4、 Touch hardness
In addition to observation, you can also touch its hardness. Feel some with your hands when choosing. If the skin is hard, pinch it properly. If there is a local soft phenomenon, it's best not to choose this one.
5、 Weigh
Weigh the weight when you pick it. If it is heavier, it means there is more water in it and the taste will be better. If it is the same size but light, it means it has been put for a long time and is not fresh. Don't buy it.
