2、 What are the legends of orchids

During the reign of King Huai of Chu, Qu Yuan was framed and demoted back to his hometown. Qu Yuan, who was demoted back to his hometown, set up a school by Jiuwanxi at the foot of fairy mountain to teach and educate people. One day, the orchid lady of Xiannv mountain passed by here. Hearing Qu Yuan's patriotic feelings, she turned the three orchids planted by Qu Yuan under the window into essence.

In one class, Qu Yuan was so excited that a mouthful of blood splashed on the orchids under the window. That night, he was seriously ill in bed. Unexpectedly, the next day, the three orchids under the window turned into dozens. The faint fragrance of orchids floated into the house, and Qu Yuan's condition also improved. So Qu Yuan's students transplanted the orchids to every corner of the school and found that the transplanted orchids were alive and growing rapidly.

Later, Qu Yuan took his students and transplanted the orchids to the stream and the mountain. He planted Jiuwan (30 mu was called Yiwan in ancient times). From then on, the stream at the foot of fairy mountain was called Jiuwan stream. Later, Qu Yuan threw himself into the river, and all the orchids along the Jiuwan River withered. The school left by Qu Yuan was renamed Zhilan temple and planted orchids widely.
