1、 What do you look like

1. Leaves: the shape of Mimosa leaves is unique. They will be like feathers and then arranged in palm shape. There are 10-20 pairs of leaflets, each pair alternate. The leaves are stipules lanceolate, linear and oblong, with a length of about 5-10mm. Another characteristic of Mimosa leaves is that the leaves will shrink and then droop after being touched.

2. Flowers: the flower type is capitate, the inflorescence is spherical, the Corolla is bell shaped, the style is filiform, solitary or 2-3 in the leaf axil. The designs and colors are generally pink or white. Mimosa blooms from March to October every year.

3. Pod: the fruit of Mimosa is called pod, and its maturity is from May to November every year. The pod is oblong, flat and slightly curved. The length is about 1-2cm and the width is about 5mm.

2、 What are the leaves like

Its leaves are relatively unique. There will be more than a dozen pairs of leaves on a petiole. Each pair is reciprocal. Its shape is the same as that of feathers. It is palmately arranged, which is more like the feathers of birds. Its leaves shrink and droop immediately after being stimulated by the outside world, so it is named Mimosa. This looks very like a shy girl, hanging down her red face. In addition, when shrinking and sagging, it is also like a gentleman taking off his hat and bowing slightly to the lady to express his greetings.
