1、 Origin

Hancheng, Fuping and Feng counties in Shaanxi are the most, and the pepper planted is also of high quality. The most important are Hancheng and Fengxian, which have become the hometown of pepper. In addition to Shaanxi, it is planted in most areas of China, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, northeast and Guangdong

2、 Breeding method

1. Sowing: it can be carried out in spring or autumn. If it is sown in spring, the seeds need to be treated by stacking sand storage, and then sown together with cow dung. If sowing in autumn, degreasing and storage are required. After sowing, a layer of soil of one centimeter should be covered, and seedlings will grow in less than a week

2. Ramet: peel the tiller seedlings with sharp props, and then bury them in the prepared soil. It may take a growing season to separate them from the mother plant

3. Cutting: cut off a branch with a knife from the mother plant that has grown for less than 5 years. After cutting the branches, soak them in rooting water for half an hour, so that they will grow roots in a shorter time
