1、 Planting time

Towel gourd can be planted all year round, and the planting time is different in different seasons

1. Spring: the temperature rise in the north and south is different. The temperature rise in the south is fast and the weather is warmer. Planting can be carried out from February, while the temperature rise in the north is slow because of the relatively cold climate. Therefore, planting can be carried out before and after the Qingming Festival, that is, around April

2. Summer: the planting time in summer is not fixed, which needs to be determined according to the local weather conditions. During this period, the climate is warm, so it can be planted from late April to early July, mature in 2-3 months, and be available for consumption from June to October

3. Autumn: the climate in autumn after summer is cool, which is very suitable for planting. The time is suitable from August to September. Pay attention to soaking and germination before sowing

4. Winter: because of the cold climate in winter, it is difficult to grow in the open air. It should be planted in the greenhouse. The time is about November, and it will be ripe and harvested from February to March the next year
