1、 Incision and peeling
1. Choose the pineapple with bright yellow skin. After buying it, wash it with clean water, and then prepare a sharp knife to cut off the head of the pineapple from the neck
2. Then put the pineapple on the chopping board, cut it in half from the middle with a knife, and then cut it in half until it is divided into four parts evenly
3. Peel the four parts separately, pick up one of them, and cut off the outer skin with a knife to ensure that the part of the pineapple eye is removed, so as not to affect eating. After one piece is cut, the other three parts can be peeled
4. Cut the peeled pineapple into small pieces and soak it in salt water
2、 Cutting before cutting
1. After washing the pineapple, remove the outer epidermis, with a thickness of about 1 cm. There is no need to cut or remove the top, or it will be difficult to operate
2. After cutting off the skin, clean the skin at the leaves, and then only pineapple eyes will be left
3. Take out a small fruit knife and gently remove these pineapple eyes along the pineapple eyes, that is, the inclination is about 45 degrees. Repeat this step for other pineapple eyes
4. Then remove the upper leaves and divide the whole pineapple into several small pieces
