1、 Grafting time
Grafting rose should be carried out in spring or autumn, when the temperature is more appropriate and the survival rate is higher. Attention should be paid not to proceed too early in spring and too late in autumn, otherwise the temperature is low and it is difficult to survive. In addition, pay attention to avoid rainy days p>
2、 Grafting method
1. Choose rootstock: the choice of rootstock for grafting rose is relatively diverse, including rose, rose and rose. Among them, wild rose is the best, with developed roots and strong resistance to diseases and pests, which is more suitable for its rootstock p>
2. Selection of scions: in addition to rootstocks, scions are also selected carefully. We should choose varieties with full buds and strong growth, which is more conducive to the success of grafting p>
3. Grafting: bud grafting can be used during grafting. First cut off the buds and thorns at the grafting position, and cut a T-shaped knife edge on the rootstock. Pay attention not to be too deep, but cut the outer skin, preferably in the middle of the branches and between the bud points. Then cut a bud eye from the cambium and insert it into the rootstock part with the bud eye facing upward. After completion, fix it with the grafting belt, wrap the grafting part and expose only the bud eye p>
4. Later stage maintenance: after grafting, water should be poured through, and the next half month should ensure that the soil is wet, but no ponding is allowed. If new buds grow on the grafted rootstock, they should be cut off to retain nutrients p>
