Generally, grafting in the early morning or evening is more conducive to wound healing and can make it thrive p>
2、 How to graft
1. Scion treatment: select a rose plant with strong growth and no diseases and insect pests, and cut a branch at the base. Take off the leaves at the lower end and keep only the upper ones. The bottom should be cut into a bevel so that it has enough area to fit with the rootstock p>
2. Rootstock treatment: the requirement for shanmuxiang is not high. It has strong vitality when it grows in the field. Remove its lateral branches and leaves, leaving only the trunk. Flatten the trunk and cut it longitudinally at the joint of bark and xylem. Don't cut too deep to avoid infection with bacteria p>
3. Grafting: insert the scion into the incision of the rootstock, and the slope at the bottom should fit together with the xylem. Then tie it with a rope and cover it with plastic film. Be sure to cover all the incision to prevent infection with bacteria, leading to graft failure p>
