1. After harvesting the Bergamot melon, cut off the redundant branches and vines, leaving only about two meters of the main vine. This can reduce the nutritional consumption of the aboveground part and is conducive to the safe winter of the permanent roots of bergamot melon. Then remove the support and fertilize the land

2. When turning over the ground, properly leave the roots and turn over the ground from 30cm away from the plant to ensure the normal germination of bergamot melon in the future

3. Keep the temperature. When planting in the shed, ensure that the temperature in the shed cannot be too low. Then, it shall be disinfected by spraying agents such as tree protection general to prevent the landing and reproduction of bacteria and promote the germination of new buds of bergamot melon

4. Water the melon garden about 10 days before the cold winter. The soil can be wet. Proper watering can increase soil humidity and heat. It can't be too wet to avoid rotten roots
