Before planting, mountain tortoise needs to prepare a suitable flower pot, which can provide a suitable environment for growth. Its root system is relatively developed, so the flower pot cannot be too shallow, so it needs to choose a deeper flower pot. 2、 Soil preparation

The planting of mountain tortoise has requirements for soil. It likes soft soil with high permeability. It can not use a single garden soil. It can be mixed with rotten leaf soil, garden soil, slag and granular soil. It can also be prepared with garden soil, peat soil, perlite and volcanic rock and added with an appropriate amount of base fertilizer. After preparation, it can not be directly used for planting. 3、 Judge pros and cons

Mountain tortoise is planted through the tubers at the bottom. It is important to judge the upper and lower parts before planting. It is also easy to be confused for novices. There is a bud point in the middle of the upper part, which will be slightly concave, which is relatively clean except for the bud point. The bottom surface presents a slight arc, with many roots, which can be easily distinguished by careful observation
