In summer, you can water every day and spray water around to increase air humidity. In winter, water should be poured according to the room temperature, usually once every three days to keep the soil moist

3、 Water quality and temperature

Camellia grows disadvantageously in neutral or alkaline environment, and it cannot be watered with alkaline water. It needs to be acidified. Generally, an appropriate amount of ferrous sulfate should be added, and the concentration should not exceed 0.5%. You can use river water or rain water. If you want to pour tap water, you need to put it for 1-2 days before chlorine volatilizes. When watering in winter, you must pay attention to the water temperature. You can't pour it directly with cold water. Just put the water temperature in line with the room temperature

4、 What if you pour too much water

If the camellia is watered too much, it will not only affect the plant growth, but also lead to its rotten root death in serious cases. It is usually necessary to drain the excess water first, and then put the plants in a well ventilated place to loosen the soil properly to accelerate the evaporation of water in the soil.
