Types of fertilization
Organic fertilizer
It is a kind of complete fertilizer, also known as farmyard fertilizer in China. It is a kind of fertilizer made of natural organic matter decomposed or fermented by microorganisms. Such as green manure, human manure, manure, compost, compost, biogas fertilizer and waste fertilizer p>
It contains not only nitrogen, phosphorus and three important elements that are most needed for flower growth, but also trace elements and growth stimulants, which play an important role in promoting its growth. At the same time, the application of organic fertilizer can also improve the soil structure and increase the soil water holding capacity. Therefore, more organic fertilizer should be applied p>
Inorganic fertilizer
It is mineral fertilizer, also known as chemical fertilizer, which is synthesized by chemical method or processed from natural ore. Fertilizer mainly in the form of inorganic salts p>
The nutrient elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium exist in the form of inorganic compounds, which have fast fertilizer effect and are mostly used as foliar spraying fertilizer p>
Selection of flower cultivation and fertilization
If it is mainly foliage observation, apply nitrogen based fertilizer 1-2 times during the growth period p>
For ornamental flowers, when branching and growing leaves, nitrogen fertilizer should be applied once every ten days. When flower buds differentiate and form flower buds to the growth stage before flowering, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer should be applied once or twice p>
Fertilization method
Base fertilizer
Mix organic fertilizer, bone meal and calcium superphosphate directly into the culture soil. This method is called base fertilizer. Do not add too much, organic fertilizer should not exceed 10% of the culture soil, and inorganic fertilizer should not exceed 1% p>
Topdressing
In the period of flower growth and development, the fertilizer applied according to different needs is called topdressing. Its concentration is very low, such as urea and diamine, which need to be dissolved with 100-1000 times of water. The clear liquid of organic fertilizer is diluted with more than 10 times of water and then reused p>
Foliar fertilization
Also known as topdressing outside the root. Spray the liquid fertilizer on the leaf surface, and the fertilizer dissolved in the water directly enters the plant through the leaf stomata and the stratum corneum. It is called foliar top dressing. p>
