Sowing and propagation
The sowing time of cactus should be from May to June or from September to October, and the best room temperature is 20-30 ℃. The seeds should be soaked in water for 2-3 days and allowed to absorb water fully. Soak the basin bottom with water seepage method. Then, the whole plant is sealed with plastic film and placed in a room temperature of about 25 ℃, which can germinate in about a month p>
Cutting propagation
Cutting is suitable in the peak growth season of cactus in early spring and late autumn, and the best is from April to May p>
Take 1 ~ 4 stem nodes or large branches with branches for cutting. When cutting, the wound shall not be stained with water and shall be dried in a place not in direct sunlight for two or three days to make the wound heal and not easy to rot. After rooting, put in a cool place in front of it, water less, and take root in about 20 days p>
Grafting propagation
The best way of cactus grafting is inserting, which is not easy to dry and fall off after grafting. The plug-in method is the "up" type connection method. Select robust and sterile ball seedlings and well-growing leaf cactus plants as rootstocks p>
After grafting, move to the place where the light is not strong. The temperature is controlled at 20 ~ 25 ℃, and the wound will heal in 15-20 days. Gradually move to a place with good light for maintenance. The culture soil should be loose and breathable, and the water quality should be neutral p>
