Temperature
According to the cold resistance of fruit bearing flowers, they can be divided into cold resistant flowers and non cold resistant flowers p>
Because the plants of non hardy flowers are sensitive to low temperature, they will have poor growth, yellowing and withering of stems and leaves, soft and rotten fruits and other phenomena at low temperature, which makes them lose their ornamental value. Therefore, for some fruit bearing flowers that are not resistant to cold, the ambient temperature should be maintained at about 10 ℃ at night and about 15 ℃ during the day. In this way, the branches and leaves of the plant will be tall and straight, and the fruits will be full and fresh. Such flowers include oranges, bergamot, tiger tongue red, rich seeds, etc p>
Cold resistant fruit bearing flowers, because their plants have strong resistance to low temperature stress, their ambient temperature is about 0 ℃, and their stems, leaves and fruits will not deteriorate due to freezing. Such flowers include medlar, winter red fruit, Pyracantha fruit, spineless Chinese wolfberry, etc p>
Moisture
Water is an important part of the fruit. The skin of the fruit with water shortage is wrinkled and feels soft. In severe cases, it will be shriveled. Therefore, only by ensuring that the fruit contains sufficient water, it will look firm, full and hydrated p>
For general flowers, it is poured after drying, but for flowers with fruits, the basin soil should be relatively wet, which is particularly important for evergreen fruit bearing flowers. Because the temporary water shortage of the plant will lead to its self-protection function, so that part of the water in the fruit is transferred to the stems and leaves, resulting in water shortage of the fruit p>
The plant is short of water for a short time. After watering, the fruit can recover. If it is short of water for a long time, even if watering can recover the stems and leaves, the fruit will still lose water permanently and shrivel, so it has no ornamental value p>
Illumination
Fruit bearing flowers are best placed in a place with sufficient light and the best exposure to sunlight, especially for some plants whose fruits are still green. Because the more anthocyanins in the fruit, the brighter and ruddy the fruit will be, and the synthesis of anthocyanins under the action of sunlight will be strengthened, which will enhance the ornamental ability of the fruit p>
Ventilation
The environment of fruit bearing flowers during the fruit bearing period should be smooth, so as to prevent the fruits from being stuffy and falling off in advance p>
Fertilization
In the middle and late stage of fruit bearing flowers, fertilization is generally no longer applied. Fertilization will make the fruit fall off and shorten the fruit bearing period p>
