Sowing and propagation
Qionghua can be propagated by sowing and planting with seeds p>
When propagating Qionghua through sowing and propagation, first pick the mature Qionghua fruits when the Qionghua bears fruit in November, stack the fruits until they are mature, then wash the seeds, store the seeds in a place with low temperature, and wait until the next spring. When sowing, it needs to be sown in the deep soil layer. The covered soil layer must be thick enough and covered with a layer of straw. It will sprout in June. At this time, the straw can be removed p>
If you sow in a basin, you should pay attention to loosening and watering from time to time, so that Qionghua can emerge as soon as possible p>
Grafting propagation
Qionghua can also propagate by grafting p>
When Qionghua is about to sprout in March, select a branch of the mother tree that can bloom, which is generally the branch around the crown. Cut off a section as the grafted branch and spike, and cut off about 5cm. Use the high grafting method to plant the grafted branches in a cool place. After the grafted branches grow leaves, the plants can be placed in a place with sufficient sunlight p>
After grafting, trim the top of the trunk, so that the grafted ear can survive and grow as soon as possible. In this way, the grafted Qionghua can enter the flowering period after surviving for one year, unlike the seedlings that need to be cultivated for seven or eight years to bloom p>
