Treatment of seeds
If you want to plant a peach blossom well, you must first get its seeds p>
Many flower friends may think that the peach stone in the peach fruit is the seed of peach flower. In fact, this idea is not entirely correct. The shell of walnut is very hard and belongs to the endocarp, which completely contains the seeds of peach blossom p>
Before planting, we need to deal with the peach stone and break the seed dormancy. Specifically, peach stones are buried in wet sand at 1 ~ 10 ℃ for winter, and can be planted only at the beginning of next spring p>
When planting, we need to remove the hard shell of the peach kernel and take out the nucleolus. The specific method is to gently knock out the peach kernel shell with a blunt instrument and move it to the crack, then insert a knife into the crack, pry open the shell with force, and then take out the nucleolus p>
Immerse the nucleolus in cold water for 3 ~ 4 days, and pay attention to changing the water once a day. After that, let the nucleoli be exposed to the sun for 2 ~ 3 hours every day, and pile them under the thermal insulation film. When they start to sprout, they can be used for planting p>
Selection of planting environment
We need a good environment for planting peaches and flowers p>
It likes light, so it can't be planted in a shady place. It should be ensured that it can get enough sunshine p>
It is afraid of waterlogging. Generally speaking, it may kill the plant as long as it is waterlogged for 3 ~ 5 days. Therefore, we must ensure that the selected planting soil can drain in time to prevent it from waterlogging p>
Planting method
In order to give the nucleolus a good budding environment, we can choose to sow in the indoor flowerpot now, and then transplant it outdoors when it grows up a little p>
First, put the qualified planting soil into a flowerpot and dig a small pit on the flowerpot p>
Then put the germinated nucleolus into the pit. At this time, we should pay attention to putting the bud downward, because part of the bud later grows into the root system of the plant p>
After that, be careful not to cover the soil. The purpose of burying the bud in the soil is to give the peach kernel a substrate for germination and rooting. If it is buried in the soil, the peach kernel may rot p>
Then put it away and transplant it after the seedlings grow tall p>
