1、 Time

在春播的时候，晴天一般在下午6点左右开花，花药开始裂开散出花粉，12点左右花冠颜色开始变淡闭合，下午3-4点花冠闭合，当然，开花时间的长短和早晚也会根据当地的温度条件有所不同。通常上午6-10点是雌花柱头和雄花花粉生理期最活动最旺盛的时候，所以这个时间最适合人工授粉，授粉温度在21-30℃的时候花粉发芽能力最强。

2、 Pollination mode

植物授粉的方式：自花授粉，异花授粉和常异花授粉。可以依靠风播，自播，机械撒播。其中，大部分植物是风播，因为大自然中风时无处不在的。但是养殖在家中的植株我们一般选择人工授粉。

3、 Artificial pollination

1. Collection: you can put the container on the flower bud of pitaya, tap the flower, and the pollen will fall into the container

2. Transmission: select brush, brush and other hairy objects, dip the collected pollen and touch it on the pistil

3. Maintenance: the petals of pistil can be cut off every 1-2 days to avoid decay caused by too thick petals and too good moisturizing effect

如果授粉失败的话，它花座的颜色会变黄，最后轻轻一碰就掉了。
