1、 Breeding environment
1. Soil: it can be made of peat soil, rotten leaf soil and a little base fertilizer, which is suitable for its growth p>
2. Light: Goose palm firewood likes a semi cloudy environment. It can grow normally if it is placed in a well ventilated and bright place for maintenance p>
3. Watering: it likes a humid environment. Its leaves will grow thickly only when the water is appropriate p>
4. Fertilization: the growth period is from March to September, and some compound fertilizer or nitrogen fertilizer is applied every 2 to 3 weeks p>
2、 Breeding method
The general propagation methods of goose palm firewood include cutting propagation:
1. For soil cutting, select an annual branch with a length of about 10 cm as the cutting matrix, remove the lower leaves, keep the top three to four leaves, cut the lower end into an inclined plane, insert it into the soil, and then spray water for moisture conservation p>
2. For water insertion, find a container and fill it with clean water, then insert the cut branches at the lower end of the cuttings with a length of 7 cm into the water, put them in a ventilated place and wait for them to take root and sprout p>
3、 Pest control
The main hazards are leaf spot, anthrax and red spider, which can be removed with tanfumei, dimethoate emulsifiable concentrate and other drugs p>
4、 Precautions
1. Change basin: the basin can be changed once every spring. The basin soil used should be loose, breathable and well drained. If plastic basin soil is used, pay attention to drainage p>
2. Pruning: if you don't want it to grow too high, top it and pick the heart, so that side buds will grow soon p>
