1、 Origin
Its cultivation history can be traced back to India in 3000 BC. China is also a country with a long history of planting rice. Rice was planted in the Yangtze River Basin of China in 7000 years. Later, with the spread, it gradually developed westward and was introduced into southern Europe in the middle ages. Another theory is that it originated in Nigeria in western Africa, about 3500 years ago. Now it is widely distributed, generally in tropical, temperate and semi tropical coastal plains, and generally concentrated in the Yangtze River Basin in the south of China p>
2、 Growth characteristics
1. Soil: it doesn't have strict requirements for the substrate. It can be planted in any soil with soft drainage, but it's best to use paddy soil p>
2. Temperature: there are certain requirements for temperature. The minimum temperature for seedling germination should be 10-12 ℃, and the most suitable temperature is 28-32 ℃. If the temperature is too low, the differentiation time will be prolonged. Pollination will be seriously affected if it is lower than 20 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃ p>
3. Humidity: it needs the support of humidity in the environment where it grows. It must be ensured that the humidity is high before the ears can be pulled out. It is most suitable to keep the relative humidity at 50-90% p>
