1、 Water in a few days

The watering interval of Photinia europaea is closely related to the temperature. When the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, water should be poured every 1-2 days. When the temperature is 20-30 ℃, water every 3-4 days. When the temperature is 10-20 ℃, water every 5-7 days. When the temperature is below 5 ℃, water it once every 7-10 days

2、 Precautions

1. Water quality: Heather has high requirements for water quality. Alkaline water is unfavorable to its growth and needs acidification. You can add ferrous sulfate to the water or a few drops of white vinegar. Vinegar should not contain salt, otherwise it will lead to plant death. Tap water can't be poured directly. It needs to stand for a few days before reuse

2. Water temperature: control the water temperature when watering in winter. If the water temperature is too low, it is easy to frostbite the root system of the plant and affect its water absorption capacity. You need to let the water stand for a few days until the temperature is close to the room temperature

3. Ponding: Photinia europaea is afraid of waterlogging. Once there is ponding, it will affect the respiration of the root. It is necessary to drain the accumulated water as soon as possible and loosen the soil to accelerate the evaporation of water. If the ponding time is too long, it will lead to root rot. It is necessary to take out the plants, remove some old soil and trim some rotten roots. Disinfect with potassium permanganate solution and replant in new soil
