1、 Excessive watering

1. Reason: Gardenia likes a humid growth environment, but it can't grow in the soil with ponding. If you pour too much water on it during maintenance, it may lead to the problem of rotten roots and yellow leaves

2. Treatment: first, dig it out of the original flower soil, and cut off the yellow leaves and blistered roots with a knife. Then, put it in a well ventilated place to dry, and then plant it in new soil with good drainage for maintenance

2、 Flower soil discomfort

1. Reason: it has high requirements for flower soil. If the flower soil used in breeding is not breathable enough, or the alkalinity is too strong, it will lead to poor growth and yellow leaves

2. Treatment method: in this case, the soil needs to be replaced. First prepare some soft, thick, breathable, well drained and weakly acidic flower soil as new culture soil. Then take the plants out of the old soil and plant them in the new soil

3、 Apply concentrated fertilizer

1. Reason: it likes fat, but it is afraid of thick fat. If the fertilizer is not diluted before fertilization, too thick fertilizer will cause damage to it, resulting in yellow leaves

2. Treatment method: firstly, water the flower soil with a large amount of water, wash away and dilute the fertilizer. Then stop fertilizing for 15-20 days and wait for it to recover
