1、 Soil:
Aster has strong adaptability to soil and can be cultivated except in saline alkali land. However, it is better to choose sandy loam with fertile texture and good drainage as the cultivation plot p>
2、 Watering:
Aster is a shallow root crop, afraid of drought and resistant to waterlogging. Regular watering is required during cultivation. When the weather is hot and dry, the watering times can be increased to ensure the water required for growth p>
3、 Temperature:
Aster likes warm and humid environment and has strong cold resistance. The temperature should not be too high during cultivation, preferably no more than 25 ℃ p>
4、 Illumination:
Aster likes light by nature. It can receive light all day when the sun is mild. If the light is strong, shade it to avoid burning the plant p>
5、 Precautions:
1. Disease:
The main diseases of Aster are root rot and black spot. It mainly endangers the stem base and reed head of the plant, resulting in leaf death and rhizome decay. At the beginning of the disease, 50% or 1000 methyl sulphur carbendazim WP powder could be used for prevention and treatment. p>
2. Pests:
The main pest is Spodoptera litura. They will eat the leaves and twigs of aster, endanger the tender leaves, twigs and flowers of aster, and affect the growth trend of Aster. It can be controlled by spraying insecticides or by trapping and killing technology p>
