1、 What month does Clivia bloom
Clivia blooms mainly from February to may in spring. It is a relatively easy flowering plant. If well maintained, it can bloom again within 1-2 months after flowering, and can bloom up to three times a year. In other words, it may bloom from June to August and from September to November every year
2、 Clivia can blossom in a few years
For the general Clivia, it can bloom after about 2 years. If you raise it well, it is also possible to raise flowers within a year. But if it is a seedling planted with seeds, it will take longer for it to blossom. It usually takes 3-4 years for it to bloom
3、 How can Clivia bloom
1. Temperature: if you want to raise it to blossom, it is recommended to raise it in a warm environment of about 25 ℃. In the evening, the temperature can be appropriately reduced and the temperature difference between day and night of 10-15 ℃ can be maintained. This will make it easier to blossom
2. Sunshine: usually let it receive sufficient sunlight, so as to synthesize nutrients and promote flowering. But if the light is too strong, it should be covered in time to avoid sunburn
3. Watering: during maintenance, it needs to be watered every 3-4 days to keep its soil slightly wet. It grows in an environment with plenty of water and is easier to blossom
4. Topdressing: it needs nutrients when it blooms. When it is close to flowering, some phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can be applied to it. This is also good for its flowering
