Because the temperature rises rapidly and the climate is relatively mild in the south, the flowering time is a little earlier, and the flowers can basically bloom from March to May. The temperature in the north is low, and it may not bloom until about May. The flowering time is also affected by varieties. Some varieties bloom earlier and some varieties bloom later

2、 How to maintain flowering

1. Sufficient light: Gardenia blooms in spring and summer, and light is an important factor to promote flowering. Therefore, the supplement of light is very important and needs to be raised in a place with good light. However, in summer, due to the high intensity of sunlight, it needs appropriate shielding and sufficient astigmatism

2. Reasonable watering: Gardenia likes a humid growth environment and cannot grow without water, so it needs reasonable watering during the growth period without water

3. Fertilization before flowering: flowering requires a lot of nutrients to maintain. If there is a lack of nutrients, it is difficult to supply them to flowering. Sufficient nutrients must be given before flowering, preferably phosphorus and potassium fertilizer
