1、 Breeding mode
1. Side ball propagation: small balls will grow next to both sides of daffodil bulb, which is the side ball. Generally, it may leave the sphere by itself in autumn. After the side ball is separated, the basin soil can be prepared, and then the side ball can be transplanted and planted, and the maintenance management can be done in the later stage p>
2. Double scale propagation: this propagation method has no great limit on the time, and it is best to carry out it from April to September. This breeding method is more complicated. You need to keep the bulb in an environment of 4-10 degrees Celsius for about 4-8 hours, and remove the upper end of the lower scale. Put vermiculite in a plastic bag with water, then put the scales in, seal them and put them in a dark place, keep the temperature at about 20-28 ℃, and wait for 2-3 months to grow small bulbs p>
3. Lateral bud propagation: select small white buds from the separated broken scales, prepare the seedbed, and sow and plant in autumn p>
4. Tissue culture: this method is not suitable for propagation at home. You need to use culture medium to cultivate small bulbs p>
2、 Which method is more commonly used
The method of side ball propagation is commonly used at home, and the survival rate is also relatively high. If it is operated properly, the survival rate can reach 100%. Although the survival rate of lateral bud propagation is also very high, it is rarely used p>
