Picking part
When picking honeysuckle, we usually pick the flower buds of honeysuckle. When picking, we can observe whether the selected flower buds are relatively fat, the flower color is just or close to the blue and white color, and the flower buds are clean. This kind of flower bud is a flower bud with very good quality. The picked buds should be mature and full, without young buds or leaves.
Picking method and post-treatment
The gold and silver flower buds picked by us should be placed in a basket made of strips or bamboo. Be careful not to pile up the flower buds, but spread them out and place them. The storage time should not exceed four hours. After that, the quality of honeysuckle will decline. As a commodity, honeysuckle needs more complex post-processing. The picked honeysuckle should be placed in the straw mat and spread out for drying. Pay attention not to be exposed to the sun, and the honeysuckle needs to be dried in two days. It is best not to turn the honeysuckle during drying, otherwise the flower will turn black and reduce the quality.
