Breeding method
Temperature and light
Daffodils are temperate bulbous flowers. They like cold climate and avoid high temperature and humidity. The suitable temperature for growth is about 10-15 ℃. Narcissus is not sensitive to light. It is necessary to ensure sufficient light during leaf growth, and half shade is appropriate during flowering. If the light of daffodil is insufficient for a long time during its growth, it is easy to lead to leaf elongation, softness and sagging, but it has little effect on flowering p>
Moisture
During the growth of daffodils, sufficient water should be given, and attention should be paid to avoid ponding. Water can be reduced gradually after flowering, and the bulb needs to be kept dry during dormancy p>
Soil
The slightly acidic sandy loam rich in organic matter is suitable for the cultivation of Narcissus p>
Fertilization
During the growth of daffodils, dilute potassium dihydrogen phosphate can be sprayed every two weeks, or a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer can be applied p>
Precautions
After planting daffodils, the plants should be moved to a half shade place with about 50% sunshine for maintenance, and the soil should be kept moist. When their leaf buds protrude from the soil surface, they should be moved to an environment with about 70-80% sunshine for management. The flowering period of Narcissus can be adjusted by adjusting different light, humidity and temperature p>
