1、 Temperature requirements
Dendrobium drumstick is suitable for the environment with high temperature and humidity. The temperature at night should be kept at a minimum of 13 degrees and a maximum of 16 degrees. If the temperature difference is large, the branches and leaves of Dendrobium drumstick will grow slowly. Dendrobium drumstickii needs sufficient light during its growth period, but pay attention to plant ventilation in summer and avoid direct sunlight, and place it in a sunny place in winter. Even for plants in dormant stage in winter, the temperature should not be lower than 7 degrees and not higher than 10 degrees p>
2、 Water requirement
Dendrobium drumstick needs enough water to maintain rapid growth, but that doesn't mean you can water more. Too much water in the soil is easy to cause the root rot of Dendrobium drumstick. In sunny and dry weather, some water needs to be sprayed to increase air humidity. When Dendrobium drumstick is in dormancy, if the weather is dry and does not need humidification, it needs a dry growth environment at this time p>
3、 Fertilization
During the growth period, we can apply compound liquid fertilizer to the plant once a week. The concentration of fertilizer selected should be less than one thousandth. We can also choose organic liquid fertilizer that is completely decomposed and diluted with sufficient water. In winter, the minimum temperature can be guaranteed to be more than 15 degrees. Dendrobium drumstick can grow normally and should be fertilized and watered regularly. If the temperature cannot be guaranteed, do not continue fertilization, control the watering times and let the plant enter the dormancy stage p>
4、 Other precautions
1) Dendrobium drumstick has drooping inflorescences when flowering. In order to better highlight the beauty of flowers, we can transplant plants into hanging pots. Too many times of potting or branching will affect the flowering number of Dendrobium drumstick. It is recommended to wait until the flowerpot is full before potting and branching p>
2) The pot change time of Dendrobium drumstick should be in the spring when new branches and buds have not grown. It is best to choose a pot with some small holes on the wall. In order to facilitate the ramet propagation of Dendrobium candidum, it can be carried out at the same time of changing pots, and pay attention to cutting off the rotten roots p>
