1、 Soil
The soil for raising Epiphyllum requires good soil drainage performance, rich in humus, loose and fertile. It can be made by mixing rotten leaf soil with a small amount of fine sand p>
2、 Moisture
In summer, we should water Epiphyllum more, but we can't let there be water in the soil or let it be drenched by rain, otherwise it's easy to rot. The humidity can be increased by 1-2 times in the morning and evening. Keep the basin soil not too dry in spring and autumn, and control the water in winter, and water it after the soil is dry p>
3、 Illumination
Epiphyllum likes a semi shady growth environment, but it can't be completely out of touch with the sun. In winter, when the sun is softer, it needs to be raised in a sunny place indoors. In summer, when the sun is stronger, it needs to be raised in a place that cannot be directly exposed to the sun p>
4、 Temperature
The optimum growth temperature of Epiphyllum is 15-25 ℃. When the temperature is too high in summer, it can be cooled down. In winter, it is best to adjust the temperature to 10-12 ℃, and the minimum temperature can not be lower than 5 ℃, otherwise it will be frozen p>
5、 Precautions
1. Avoid strong light. When the Epiphyllum is exposed to the sun, its leaves will become scorched, so it must take measures to prevent the sun from drying p>
2. Drain water. Because Epiphyllum is very afraid of waterlogging, it's best not to let it be drenched by rainstorm. After each rainfall, check whether there is rainwater in the soil, and if so, drain it p>
