1. Breeding environment
① Soil: Gardenia like soft, fertile, breathable and easily drained weak acid soil. It can be made of rotten leaf soil, peat soil and garden soil
② Temperature: it prefers warm growth conditions. In spring and summer, it's best to provide it with breeding conditions of 20-28 ℃. When the temperature is high in summer, it can spray water to cool down. When the temperature is too low in winter, it needs to take warm measures
③ Light: it needs enough light to grow normally. In addition to the need for shade in summer when the light is too strong, it can be given full light in other seasons
④ Moisture: it prefers wet growth conditions. If the soil is too dry, it is likely to develop poorly. Always observe the soil condition in time and water it before it dries out
2. Acid soil
It needs to be cultivated in weakly acidic soil, otherwise it is difficult to grow normally. If the soil does not meet the standard, you can drop a few drops of salt free vinegar when watering, which can effectively reduce the pH value of the soil and give the plant a suitable growth environment
3. Trim in time
It has strong budding power. You should pay attention to observation at ordinary times. Once you find a bare branch, you should cut it off immediately, so as not to affect the flowering and ornamental ability of the plant. In addition, if a diseased branch is found, it should be cut off in time to avoid infection
