1、 Its flowering season
Lilies like to live in a humid environment and need plenty of sunshine. If it can be given appropriate growth conditions, it will bloom from July to October every year. However, if it is not well maintained, its flowering period will become shorter and even affect the number of flowers. Therefore, we must pay more attention to maintenance at ordinary times p>
2、 Manually adjust the flowering season
With the progress of breeding technology, the flowering season can now be manually adjusted to November to December, or January to February. The specific methods are as follows:
1. When manually controlling its flowering time, we should always pay attention to the flower buds. When the flower buds grow to 1-2 cm high, if the time is not enough, it is easy to cause bud elimination p>
2. Usually from the end of October to March next year, it is prone to bud elimination. At this time, artificial lighting can be used to fill the light for it, that is, prepare an ordinary waterproof incandescent lamp and add light to the flower bud before it grows to 0.5 to 1, which lasts until harvest. Then, when the temperature is 16 ℃, the light can be maintained for 6 weeks, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. every day, which can effectively prevent it from bud elimination and early flowering p>
3. In order to improve the quality of flowers, the light and temperature in the later stage are also very important. When the flower bud is in the differentiation stage and development stage, the temperature can be controlled at 21 to 23 degrees during the day and 15 to 17 degrees at night. In addition, if you want it to bloom from November to December, you can store the seed ball at 13 ℃ for 2 weeks in advance, and then put it at 3 ℃ for 4 to 5 weeks; If you want it to bloom from January to February, you can put it at 13 ℃ for 2 weeks, and then at 8 ℃ for 4 to 5 weeks p>
