It is best to use neutral or alkaline sandy loam with fertility, looseness and good drainage to raise hydrangea. It is afraid of ponding, so it must choose soil with certain drainage capacity

2. Temperature

It is a temperate plant. It likes warmth and has certain cold resistance, but it is not resistant to high temperature. When the temperature is high in summer, it needs to be moved to a place with lower temperature or take other measures to cool down

3. Illumination

It prefers semi sunny or semi cloudy growth conditions. It is very afraid of strong light exposure. It needs to be shaded when the sun is too strong

It likes wet growth conditions, but it can't grow normally in the soil with ponding
