Puwei is a panicle with a length of about 50-100 cm. Its color changes from silver white to pink. The female inflorescence is larger and the male inflorescence is narrower. Miscanthus is a cymose, growing on the top of the main stem and side branches, arranged in long spikes, the bracts are linear, the calyx is bell shaped, the color of the Corolla is lavender, about 1.3 cm long, glabrous outside and sparsely pilose inside
