1、 Leaves

The leaves of tequila narrow leaf are arranged in a rosette. The leaves are fleshy and sword shaped. The leaves are light green and sometimes variegated. They grow about 45 to 60 cm long and about 6 to 7.5 cm wide. There are small thorn shaped serrations on the edge of the leaves. The top of the leaves has a sharp and hard thorn, which is dark brown and grows about 1.2 to 1.5 cm long

2、 Flowers

The flowers of narrow leaf agave are panicles, about 5 to 7 cm long, with a few branches. The flowers are about 5cm long, the perianth tube is short, and the perianth has 6 lobes. There are 6 stamens, which are inserted at the throat of perianth tube. The filaments are linear and lateral outside the perianth lobes

3、 Fruit difference

The capsule is nearly spherical and 3-lobed. The capsule has a fruit stalk and a short beak at the top
