1、 Fertilization
Fertilizing azalea is usually in spring and autumn. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will enter a semi dormant state, which is not conducive to the absorption of fertilizer. In the spring growth period, thin cake fertilizer and water should be used for fertilization, and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can be added, which is more conducive to flowering. In autumn, nitrogen fertilizer should be supplemented once when flowers are backward, and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be added during flower bud differentiation, which is conducive to flowering in the second year p>
2、 Watering
Watering should vary according to time. Watering should be sufficient during the growth period to keep the basin soil moist and more suitable for its growth. Watering should be controlled during flowering to avoid flooding the roots. Restore watering after flowering to supplement the water consumed due to flowering. Keep it slightly dry once a week in winter. If the water is alkaline, you need to add white vinegar or ferrous sulfate for treatment. At the same time, the water temperature should not be too low and should be close to the room temperature p>
3、 Soil replacement
Azaleas are usually changed in spring. Water control shall be carried out before soil change to make it easier to separate the plant from the flowerpot. Take it out of the basin, remove some of the old soil, and then plant it in a new basin. The new basin needs to find a suitable size. At the same time, the cushion tile at the bottom can increase the drainage, and a little cake fertilizer can be added as the base fertilizer. After planting, the soil shall be filled, compacted and watered. Wait for half a month to about a month to take the basin, and then you can maintain it normally p>
