Dwarfing

There are three main methods in this step, which are introduced one by one below

The first is reproductive dwarfing. The specific method is: bury the bamboo whip of the plant in the soil, then cover it with about five to ten centimeters of soil, and then pay attention to controlling the humidity. In this way, the grown bamboo is much shorter than the normal one, and looks very elegant and soft, with a beautiful temperament

The second is the dwarfing of primary shoots. We may have observed the phenomenon that when we peel off its outer shell, its internodes become shorter accordingly. This method is also carried out according to this step. When the plant grows to about 20 cm, it can be carried out. When the internodes become shorter, the whole plant becomes shorter

The third is the use of drugs. We can choose to spray it in the vigorous growth stage to inhibit it, or it can be done by injection. p>

Migration and management

After the previous step, it can be transplanted, but at this time, it is not directly put into the basin, but close to the outdoor environment of the basin

Next, we can trim the plants, which can not only avoid too many branches and leaves consuming too much nutrients, but also make our bonsai more beautiful

Then it is officially transplanted into the basin. We should choose the basin with good drainage performance, and the best time is late spring

After transplanting, it is management. We should not lack light and water, but also apply some manure or cake fertilizer
