1、 Soil
The soil in the north is usually alkaline or neutral, while Gardenia jasminoides likes acidic soil, so pay attention to soil use. The rotten leaf soil, garden soil and sandy soil can be mixed, and then doped with a small amount of sulfur powder, which can basically meet the growth needs and avoid the yellowing of leaves p>
2、 Watering
When watering, it is best to use rice washing water or rainwater after fermentation. During the growth period, water frequently and keep it moist. The climate in the north is relatively dry, so it is necessary to spray more water to improve the humidity. In addition, alum fertilizer and water should be applied every half a month or so, which can not only supplement iron, but also prevent the soil from becoming alkaline p>
3、 Illumination
It likes light, but it is more afraid of strong light. If the strong light is direct, the leaves will turn white and yellow. Therefore, in summer, it should be placed at the astigmatism, and an appropriate amount of light can be seen in the morning and evening to avoid leaf yellowing p>
4、 Temperature
It is not cold resistant. In late autumn, it should be moved to indoor maintenance and placed in the light. The indoor temperature should be maintained at about 10 to 12 degrees. In early spring, you should also pay attention to not leaving the room too early. Just move out in late April. The temperature is unstable and easy to frostbite p>
