2、 Grafting method

1. Rootstock treatment: choose triangle plum of other colors as rootstock, generally purple is appropriate. This will not only help its growth, but also bloom flowers of other colors on the same plant, making the shape more beautiful. Cut a cross section on the branch of the rootstock and cut a gap on it

2. Cutting selection: select a healthy and strong branch that has not been attacked by diseases and pests. There is no limit to the length of branches. It is best to take more branches and leaves. Cut its bottom into a wedge, which is more conducive to fit the rootstock

3. Grafting: insert the bottom of the cuttings into the gap of the rootstock and trim the excess. Then bind it with adhesive tape to prevent them from separating

4. Slow seedling maintenance: after grafting, place it in a sunny place to receive light, and pay attention to strengthen ventilation to avoid the breeding of bacteria. If it is rainy season, move it indoors in time to avoid rain and ponding. Generally, new buds can grow in about 10 days
