1、 Cutting time
Cutting time is related to branches. If it is a twig, it is generally better in the growing season, usually from April to may or from September to October. If it is a hard branch, it can be carried out in early spring or late autumn p>
2、 Branch selection
The branches of rose flowers are better when they have bloomed. Generally, this branch has bud points, which is easier to survive after cutting. The tender buds have more stringent requirements on the environment, and it is more difficult for cuttings to survive. The branches are about 10cm and generally have two to three sections. Keep the two leaves above and remove all the others. The bottom should be cut obliquely to increase the rooting area and apply a little rooting powder p>
3、 Basin soil preparation
Suitable basin soil is conducive to the growth of rose flowers. Perlite, vermiculite and plant ash are generally used to match, which will not produce ponding and allow a certain humidity in the basin soil. Garden soil can also be used to add certain river sand to increase drainage and certain nutrients p>
4、 Cutting
Use chopsticks to insert a hole in the basin soil, then plant branches in it, compact the soil and pour water through it. If the temperature is low, put a plastic bag on it, untie it every few days for ventilation, and observe whether it sprouts p>
5、 Slow seedling maintenance
After cutting, put the flowerpot in a place with scattered light, water it after the soil is dry, and spray water properly around it at ordinary times. When Xinya and leaves grow, they can be transplanted into new pot soil for normal maintenance p>
