1、 Select seed

The new seeds of that year shall be used to plant Toona sinensis, which can ensure the germination rate. The seeds shall be as full as possible, and the appearance color shall be bright and red and yellow. The dried and damaged surfaces shall be removed

2、 Treated seeds

Seeds cannot be sown directly and need to be treated. First put them in hot water at 40 ℃ and soak them for about 5 minutes. During this period, they are continuously stirred, which can play the role of disinfection and sterilization. After that, soak it in warm water at about 20 ℃ for 24 hours. After the seeds absorb enough water, take it out, control the water, put it in an environment of 20-25 ℃ to promote germination, turn it every day, and wait until most of the seeds germinate before sowing

3、 Sowing

Select the sandy soil with good drainage at the sowing place to ensure fertility, and apply fertilizer before planting. The treated seeds are evenly sown and covered with thin soil with a thickness of about 2 cm. After sowing, pour water to keep the soil moist and not too dry and sticky

4、 Conduct colonization

The seeds can be sown for about 7 days, and when the seedlings grow stably and have 4-6 leaves, they can be planted, and the spacing of each plant is maintained at about 20 cm
