1、 Seed collection
The camphor tree with strong growth and no invasion of diseases and pests is selected as the mother plant, and the tree age is between 20-50 years. Harvest the mature seeds in autumn, wash them off after the seed coat rots, and put them in a cool place to dry. Store the seeds in the sand until the next spring p>
2、 Budding
Take out the seeds in spring and soak them in warm water at 50 ℃. When the temperature decreases, replace them with new water and soak them for 3-4 times. Seeds can also be buried in river sand, exposed to the sun, turned several times a day, and sprayed with water to keep it moist p>
3、 Land preparation
Select the sandy soil with deep soil layer and sufficient water source as the nursery. Mix superphosphate and ferrous sulfate and sprinkle them evenly on the surface of the soil. Then make it into a 25 cm high and 1.2 m wide seedbed, which can provide sufficient space for the growth of seedlings p>
4、 Sow
Open a ditch on each seedbed and sow the seeds at an interval of 4-6 cm. Plant a layer of soil on the back cover, and then cover it with straw to keep warm, which can better let the seeds sprout p>
5、 Seedling raising
After the seedlings are unearthed, remove the straw in time to avoid hindering its growth. In summer, we should pay attention to weeding and loosening the soil, and water appropriately to keep the substrate moist. Apply a little urea and phosphate fertilizer to make it grow stronger. Stop fertilization and irrigation in autumn and winter, wait until March to April of the next year, and transplant to other places for planting p>
