The most frequently used method of water plum propagation is cutting method. The most important thing in cutting is to select branches. Whether the branches are strong and healthy will directly affect the probability of cutting survival. When breeding, cut a section of branches from the plant, and do not use diseased branches. At the same time, prepare some substrates for cutting. It is best to simply treat the branches before cutting, and apply an appropriate amount of rooting powder

Finally, the cut branches are inserted into the matrix. After fixing, it needs to be watered. If it is carried out in autumn, it needs to be covered with a layer of film. When the temperature is warmer, remove the film

2、 Precautions

1. When breeding, we should choose a suitable time and carry out the best in the spring and autumn. When cutting, be careful not to damage the bottom of the branch. If the bottom of the branch is damaged, its speed will slow down after cutting

2. After cutting, in order to facilitate its rooting, the temperature needs to be adjusted at about 20 ℃. If the temperature is too low or too high, it is difficult for it to grow new roots
