1、 Cutting method
1. Treatment of cuttings: cuttings should be strong and free from diseases and pests. Such cuttings have strong germination and higher survival rate. Also remove the lower blade and leave two or three pieces on the top. After treatment, soak it in rooting water for about 10 minutes, which can speed up the rooting speed p>
2. Preparation of matrix: the matrix of cutting shall be loose, breathable and permeable, and can be mixed with garden soil, river sand and rotten leaf soil. Before use, it should be exposed to the sun and disinfected to avoid bacteria, which will affect the rooting and growth p>
3. Cutting into soil: after preparing the soil, it can be inserted into the soil. Note that the insert should not be too deep into the soil. It should be inserted about 1 / 3. After planting, the soil should be carefully compacted, watered and moistened, and placed in a well ventilated place, so that it can take root in about a month p>
2、 External conditions affecting survival
There are two main external conditions affecting survival. First, the temperature, which is conducive to its rooting, is between 20-25 degrees. If the temperature is not suitable, too high or too low will affect rooting and reduce the survival rate. The second is humidity. The humidity of the soil is preferably between 50% - 60%. Water frequently, but not too much. You can't stay in a too humid environment for a long time, otherwise it will affect rooting and the bottom of cuttings is easy to rot. If the temperature is too low, it is recommended to cover it with plastic film first, which can not only keep warm, but also moisturize, which is beneficial to rooting p>
