1. How to raise lilies
Flowerpot: the flowerpot with large volume and sufficient depth shall be selected for lily breeding. Because the bulb of lily is relatively large and the root system is lush and rich, there are certain requirements for the depth of flower pot. A deeper pot is conducive to the extension of its roots, making it better absorb nutrients from the soil p>
Soil: in terms of soil, weak acid or neutral flower soil with good permeability and rich humus should be selected. It is not suitable to select the soil with heavy soil viscosity and poor drainage, which is easy to cause ponding, which is not conducive to the growth of plants p>
Light: lilies like light. It needs to be maintained in an environment with full sunshine, which will make it grow healthier. If the light is insufficient, it will reduce the number of flowers in the later stage p>
Fertilization: Lily likes fertilizer and has a great demand for fertilizer, especially potassium. In the process of daily maintenance, some chemical fertilizers containing potassium should be applied to it to supplement the nutrition needed for its growth p>
Temperature: the temperature suitable for breeding lily is about 15-25 degrees Celsius. Too high or too low temperature is not suitable for its growth. Therefore, when the temperature is too high in summer, it needs to be shaded and cooled by spraying water. Pay attention to keep it warm in winter, and the temperature of the maintenance environment shall not be lower than 10 ℃ p>
Lily is more resistant to drought and waterlogging. Daily watering only needs to keep the soil moist, and do not form ponding. In spring and autumn, you can water every five days. In summer, you can appropriately increase the frequency of watering. In winter, you can reduce or even stop watering p>
