1、 Planting method

1. The planting time of tomatoes is generally different in spring or autumn. For example, spring sowing in Beijing is generally from mid February to March. Autumn sowing in Shanghai, Nanjing and other places is carried out from July to August. If it is a high incidence period of disease, it is generally necessary to avoid the time of easy disease, and sowing can be postponed for 1-2 months

2. Germination treatment: tomato seeds must be accelerated before sowing, so as to improve the germination rate. Soak the seeds in clear water for about 1-2 hours, take them out and put them in hot water at 55 ℃, keep the water temperature and soak them for 15 minutes, which can prevent a variety of diseases. Soak in warm water for 6-8 hours. After the seeds expand, they need to be placed at 25-28 ℃ for 2-3 days

3. Soil preparation: nutrient soil is required for planting tomatoes. The soil is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the pH is lower than 7, that is, the soil should be acidic. Loose soil can improve good drainage, so that ponding will not flood the roots after planting. In addition, if there is a certain water holding capacity, the seeds are easier to germinate in a humid environment

4. How to sow: Sprinkle the seeds into the soil and cover it with a layer of fine soil with a thickness of about 1 cm. Spray with carbendazim solution after sowing, so as to prevent sudden collapse. If it is autumn sowing, it needs to be covered with plastic film before winter to keep the seedlings warm. If sowing in spring, cover the shading net in summer to avoid strong light burning the seedlings

2、 Tomato price

The price of tomatoes is often affected by geographical and seasonal factors. The price in the producing area is often lower. If it is not planted in season, but planted in greenhouse, the price will be slightly higher. Usually it costs 1.3 yuan per kilogram, the cheap one is about 0.6 yuan, and the slightly expensive one will not exceed 1.7 yuan
