1、 Time selection
It is easier to take root and operate. For cutting, there is not much time limit. As long as the temperature is appropriate, cutting can be carried out all year round. However, in ordinary families, cutting is best in April to may in spring or August to September in autumn. The climate is mild, which is conducive to rooting and subsequent growth p>
2、 Cut branches
Select the well grown ivy plant, cut a branch from the top, about 30 cm long, and then divide it into stem segments of about 10 cm. The top of the branch is required to have leaves without the influence of diseases and pests. The leaves at the bottom should be removed, otherwise it will affect the later growth. If there is no Ivy at home, you can also insert a section from a friend's house. It is easier to survive p>
3、 Soil preparation
Cutting containers do not need special selection. Disposable cups or plastic bottles can be used, but there should be drainage holes at the lower end. The cutting substrate is clean plain sand, vermiculite, perlite, etc p>
4、 Cutting
Place the substrate in the container, then insert the branches, gently compress the soil, do a good job in the later maintenance, and reasonably supply water and light, so as to survive for a period of time p>
